Consular Reports of Birth are not available for persons born in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Panama Canal Zone (before Oct. 1,1979) the Philippines (before July 4, 1946), American Somoa, Guam, Swaims Island, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, or the former U.S. Territories of the Pacific Islands, because these areas are or were considered part of the United States. Birth Certificates for these areas must be obtained from their respective offices We can obtain birth certificates for these U.S. Territories. INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENCES |

The International Driving Permit is recognized worldwide as a valuable document identifying you as a properly licensed resident of the United States No test is required, but you must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and be 18 years of age or older. The permit is valid for one year from the date of issue.The IDL we obtain for you cannot be used in the United States.
